About Caroline Gent Events

We believe that excellent food should be enjoyed with close friends and family in relaxed surroundings. Caroline Gent and her chefs have been producing original, modern and seasonally inspired food for over twenty years.

Our team is passionate about sourcing fresh and local ingredients with sustainability as a core value here at Manor Farm.
Lamb and beef are reared on Somerset meadows, eggs come from our lovely hens and our free range pigs provide wonderful sausages. Elderflowers, wild garlic, blackberries, sloes and crabapples are harvested from hedgerows, whilst edible flowers, salads and herbs are gathered from our kitchen garden.

At CGC, we are a committed and close knit team, passionate about creating fabulous food and providing our clients with the best possible service. Every menu is personalised and we love the challenge of working with you to design and create the perfect food for your event. We will guide you through the planning, itinerary and menu selection, and will always provide an event manager to be with you to hold your hand on the day itself. We happily recommend other suppliers as we know exactly who does a good job.
